Because each item is custom-made just for you, your order goes through two stages:

1. Production Time: 5-7 Business Days

Your item is printed and prepared specifically for you. This made-to-order approach ensures quality and reduces waste!

2. Shipping Time: 7-28 Business Days

Once production is complete, your order ships to you:

• Ireland: 5-7 business days
• EU Countries: 10-20 business days
• United Kingdom: 10-20 business days

Total estimated delivery: 12-35 business days from order placement

3. Quality Check: Each item undergoes a quality check before dispatch
4. Shipping Notification: You'll get tracking info once your order ships (typically 5-7 days after order)
5. Delivery: Your package arrives at your door!

Important Shipping Notes

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Business Days: Shipping times are in business days (Monday-Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.
• Customs & Duties: Customs fees depend on where your order is fulfilled and shipped:
  • EU → EU: No customs fees
  • UK → UK: No customs fees
  • EU → UK: Customs duties may apply
  • UK → EU: Customs duties may apply
  Any customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
• Delivery Delays: While rare, delays can occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues beyond our control.
• Multiple Items: If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfilment centres to get to you faster.
