📋 Made-to-Order Products
All items are custom printed specifically for you after you place your order. Because each Companion is uniquely made for you, we can only accept returns or offer refunds in specific circumstances outlined below.
🇪🇺🇬🇧 EU & UK Consumer Rights: Custom-made and personalised products are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and UK consumer protection law. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a personalised, made-to-order item. This exemption does not affect your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.
✅ When We Accept Returns
We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund if:
- 🔧Defective products — Manufacturing defects or printing errors
- 💥Damaged in shipping — Items damaged during transit
- 📦Wrong item received — You received an incorrect product
❌ We Cannot Accept Returns For
- 💭Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- 📏Incorrect size or colour selected at checkout
- 🖥️Minor colour variations due to monitor settings
- 👕Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
