What are PokAIMignons?

PokAIMignons are adorable AI companions brought to life through premium merchandise. Each Companion has a unique personality, story, and design — crafted with AI and produced as high-quality, made-to-order apparel and accessories.

Are these products limited edition?

Many of our drops are limited. Keep an eye on The Drop section for exclusive releases and new Companion collections. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.

📦 Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Each Companion is custom-made just for you. Production takes 5–7 business days, then shipping takes 5–20 business days depending on your region. You'll receive tracking info once your order ships.

Why does production take 5–7 days?

Unlike mass-produced items, each PokAIMignons product is printed specifically for you after you order. This made-to-order approach reduces waste, ensures freshness, and means every Companion is high-quality and created just for you.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer complimentary shipping on all orders to the UK 🇬🇧, Ireland 🇮🇪, all 27 EU countries 🇪🇺, the United States 🇺🇸, and Canada 🇨🇦. No minimum purchase required.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the UK, Ireland, all 27 EU member countries, the United States, and Canada — all with complimentary shipping. Each order is fulfilled locally from the nearest production centre. More regions coming soon! 🐾

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information and a direct link to follow your package's journey. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account on our website.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Because we start printing your custom Companion right away, we cannot cancel or modify orders once placed. Please double-check your size, colour, and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

↩️ Returns & Quality

What's your return policy?

All items are made-to-order and therefore non-returnable for change of mind. However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we'll replace it or refund you — no hassle. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. See our full Returns & Refunds page.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll get it sorted quickly.

The colours look slightly different from the product images — is that normal?

Minor colour variations can occur due to differences in monitor settings, screen calibration, and print batch variations. These are not considered defects. If the difference is significant or the print quality is poor, please contact us.

📏 Sizing

How do I choose the right size?

Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements. Since all items are made-to-order, we recommend measuring a garment you already own and comparing to our size chart. When in doubt, size up!

Do your products run true to size?

Our unisex apparel generally has a relaxed fit. Check each product page for the specific brand and model — size charts are included on all product pages.
